Massive, deep pothole in Castle car park

I fell not this pothole back in November. It was reported by a colleague of mine but last week I noticed it is still there. I am aware of a least one other person that has fallen in it. On a winter evening it’s poorly lit therefore an accident waiting to happen. Upon entering the car park it’s 2 bays right of the parking meter, in the top right hand bay.
