Dog fouling

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14136823.

There are large piles of dog poo just outside the front of the block of flats and is building up, the dog is an unfriendly Alsatian and it belongs to residents and it’s piling up outside their window but also next to public footpath. I do not wish to be named in this matter please.
