Broken Bollard

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14136428.

There is a broken Bollard in this area, and it is broken at low level, and it looks like it has been broken for a while, it has caused damage to my car. please can this bollard be fixed asap it is dangerous as this is on a school route.
