Drain cover is loose and banging

The drain cover is very loose. A residential drain has been fitted, this is not suitable for a busy main road and keeps failing although it has been replaced in the last 12 months.

  • Please advise when this issue will be fixed, it was reported in February 2024 and is progressively getting worse. It is now dangerous.
