Exit to ditch blocked resulting in pot hole in the road

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14135813.

The ditch has become silted up so the outflow of the drain cannot run, this has caused the drain to collapse under the road, this was reported a year ago when the road collapsed into the broken drain. the pot hole was filled on top of the broken drain but as the water still has nowhere to go the pot hole has occurred again and now getting dangerous.
