  • Reported this alleyway (between Portland crescent and Belvidere rd) to be cleaned of dog fouling. Had email yesterday to say it has been done. Just walked through it…. It has definitely NOT been done! Please sort it, it’s horrendous.

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
