Van abandonded in public car park

Van has been abandonded in car park, obstructing car park entrance, making it difficult for other vehicles to properly manouvere around the car park. The van is not within a parking space, and appears to have been stolen or dumped.

It is unlocked, so we've tried to move it into a space, out of the way, however the gear box is damaged as is the ignition.

Police tape was placed around the vehicle a day after it appeared in the car park. This was removed sometime overnight Friday/ Saturday
