Raised Drain Cover

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14135382.

I raised the issue of there being a raised drain cover opposite the entrance to St John's Street by the former Fox pub last Monday. Last Tuesday I was informed that this matter had been resolved. Yesterday I drove past this location and the drain cover was still in the same position, so why was last week's report closed when nothing has been done?
