Blocked drain

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14134746.

Block drain causing flooding and last week it turned to ice and was very dangerous. Gentlemen is happy to clear it but he does not know where the drain actually is. Seeking advise on where the drain are. Please contact gentleman asap with the requested info.
