Street lights out

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14134732.

Please fix the street lights which have been reported numerously. This is an area were their a lot of elderly people live and it is pitch black during the evening and not safe at all. Please fix these lights as soon as possible.

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
