Vehicle has been abandoned for at least 6 months. This is also taking up a parking space that is causing parking issues on wilfred owen close. Vehicle isnt taxed, insured or mot'd. It is illegal to keep an uninsured vehicle on a public highway. Vehicle appears to be full of building rubble and rubbish.
