One Pothole and Surface breaking up turning into more potholes

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14132666.

Original pothole filled, but these two potholes have since developed from a "minor hole" where the surface was breaking up , hence two more holes , plus others gaining more room to open up into bigger holes ! :-(
