Very muddy, slippy and dangerous grass verge!

Hi, I called today to report an issue with the access to my car and I was advised to take some pictures and send them to you.

We moved into 41 abbots road 2 weeks ago and this is the access from my house to the car, I have 5 children 4 of whom I have to walk through this twice a day to take them to school and back we cannot walk as it’s too far.

This is very dangerous and slippery it is also ruining my children’s shoes and making a mess in my car. I was looking after my 5 month old nephew a couple of days ago and I was carrying him from the car in his car seat and I nearly slipped over with him in my arms, there is no way round and you have to walk through it.

Also when it rains the pavement/ slabbed area gets water logged and we have to walk through that as well, I would be very grateful if someone could please advise me if anything can be done about this. I look forward to your reply, many thanks Chloe Main
