Road surface breaking up over some distance

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14132209.

The road surface here has been bad for the last 3 years or more but it is way beyond normal deterioration now. The surface has broken down to the sub-surface and is damaging to cars and very dangerous to cyclists. Drainage is bad and water builds up as ditches are blocked with mud. The water then causes hydraulic damage to the road.

    Photos attached. They don't do it justice, the carriage way is in a dire state and will only get worse until properly re-surfaced. There is also a drainage problem that needs clearing to make sure it doesn't re-occur rapidly.
