Potholes on crowmere road

There's about 10 potholes along this road, the one on the speed bump is bad as you can see on photo. I sweved them the other day and a police man pulled me over and said it was against the law to do that! So basically we have to ruin our cars and by law have to go over the pot holes! The whole road needs resurfacing properly in my opinion as last year potholes were filled but they have become a problem again. As a resident of crowmere road Its not a road I can avoid as it's round the corner from my house so I use it every day.
