People using this area to collect/pick up orders from the New Lee Sing

Numerous people access this area and use it for pick up and collection of orders from the local take away, it's leaving what was a pretty piece of grass with a established tree looking muddy and in a terrible condition. This area is also outside the funeral parlour and this type of inconsiderate parking is ruining their frontage as well. People are driving across the pavement from the end of Clive road also causing a danger to pedestrians, it has a dropped kerb/pavement for wheelchair users but the cars just shoot up there instead, it could do with narrowing to stop vehicular access. This has been happening for 9-12 months or so but people just park all over the place around this area. Mostly happens during evening opening hours. The delivery drivers use it to wait for orders to deliver and don't seem to care at all. There is also a lot of fuel spillage along the front of this area, so I would imagine it's contaminated the grass a little as well. It needs sorting out
