Standing water in road and on footpath

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14131206.

Customer reported that whenever it rains heavily, there is always a part of the road that fills with water and comes close to flooding, it certainly makes it difficult for people to get past the flats.

  • Customer rang back to follow up on the issue as the road is flooded at the front and also around the back and people can't get out of the flats there. She said that this usually happens during periods of heavy rain, especially today, so the drains might need cleaning out.
