Several black bags of rubbish that appears to include building rubble, bottles and old loft insulation put into the lay-by area and further into Greenland pathway surrounding lay-by… has happened before but not recent… fly tipping has been present for approx 7-10 days to date…. Located in Romsley Lane WV15 6HW between The Highlands and Haybarn addresses… TIA
