Pipe revealed and cleared but water is still pouring down hill towards the gateway at Quilmore, bringing mud, leaves and road surface which blocks the drain away into the field.

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14130921.
The previously reported problem has been partly fixed by revealing and unblocking the old drainage pipe under the road and deflecting some of the water/flood into the fields. However, there is a spring, flowing very speedily into the road, ( see photos), just a little way down from the pipe. It is 6m up from telegraph pole number 6 (see photo). The flood water is pouring down the lane towards Quilmore gateway, as before. Some efforts have been made to dig out shallow trenches at the sides of the lane, at the top of the hill but these are not having much effect to deflect or absorb the fast flowing spring water. They are full and water is not draining away. The potholes are continuing to erode away into deeper, dangerous holes. I understand these can't be easily fixed in winter weather but someone will have an accident or damage a vehicle, as these huge holes are filled with water and the size and depth is hidden, until you hit it! This lane will be a dangerous ice rink, again, once the cold weather comes.
