  • Can you please contact the customer or even better fix the street lights. Having no lights is very dangerous for elderly people. Customer is very frustrated and angry, 1 light is all that works on this street and the customer feel that the delay in fixing this issue is absolutely not on and the street would like the lights fixed asap. Neighbours are finding it hard to park, someone has taken a fall and it is dangerous. Customer asked why is he paying his Council Tax when he can't get the lights fixed in a reasonable time frame. Please contact customer with a date this will be done. Next stage will be a formal complaint.

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
