No Streetlights in Raven Lane

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14130613.
There are now NO streetlights in Raven Lane, the picture makes it look like there is some light, but it's pitch black. The response for many of the problems has been "the work required will be completed in our programme of upcoming maintenance" but some of these things have been waiting for many months. Can we know the expected dates of completion? Or is there actually no money for this...

The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.
Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.
In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
