Slippery steps and no lighting

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14130493.

There is a build up of leaves on the steps and at the bottom and the adjacent pavement on the road in the parking bay - there is no lighting to the stairs which is horrible at night making visibility poor and the leaves are dangerously slippery. I am disabled and struggle with the steps being full of leaves and no lighting on them.
