Flooding again

Once again I am reporting this flooding. Once again I will explain that I am one of many people in this block of flats with young children. I have two. Thankfully I parked my car up the road a little bit or I would be unable to get into my car with a newborn and toddler! I do not think it is acceptable now after many times being reported still nothing has been done. It is a busy time of year and I refuse to risk my Christmas time being made harder because of the chance I can’t even get into my vehicle.
