Illegal and obstructive parking

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14129501.

Over recent weeks many vehicles have been parking partially on the pavement on the RHS driving away from Abbey Foregate, sometimes there are as many as 10. This causes a difficulty in passing through and has created congestion reaching Abbey Foregate.
