Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14129353.

Householder ahs damaged pavement. Ongoing works to property on Ellesmere Road at Junction of Cottage Lane near bus shelter and waste bin. use of large diggers has damaged a large area of pavement. Also contractor not taking care to prevent debris spilling onto public footpath with no proper H&S protection. URGENT ISSUE!!

  • Please see attached photo. Firstly, why has it took 5 months to reply? Secondly, in what way can you say that there is not an issue. The photo clearly shows the state of the footpath and damage caused.
