Lights still out

Reported via desktop in the 3+ Consecutive Lights Out category anonymously at 15:00, Tue 5 December 2023

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14129263.

Customer rang back after receiving update for issue report 14126227 saying the lights have been fixed. He said that none of the lights have been repaired, street light 18 and the bollards and light on crossing are all still out as well. He asked if these could be looked at ASAP as it is still pitch black there.
