Continual flow of water which is icing over and causing a danger

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14128999.

There is a continual flow of water at this junction which in freezing weather always freezes over and makes the road dangerous. I drive the school bus which this junction is the dedicated council route and even though I stop most nights and salt the junction I still can't get around it the next morning as the water is flowing and it just freezes over again. Anyone coming from the Mainstone direction in freezing weather can't stop at the junction due to the sheet of ice on the junction. The water issue here needs addressing which will stop the ice issue in winter.
