  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.

  • Customer called very upset because she had recd a call and the pothole was to be fixed with in days 2 weeks ago. Since then it has got worse and worse, it is very big and deep. It is hard to drive and walk along. Customer mentioned that she needs to go and to from the hospital for treatment and she does not want to have to drive the long way everyday because of the state of the road.
