Over 3 weeks ago I reported the vomit & dog mess in the alleyway between Tower Street and Bull Ring, and you said that it would be cleaned up (& you closed my report) but it .hasn't been done. (See photos taken this morning). Also, as of Tuesday, someone has dumped meat bones and next to it is broken glass (as per the photo). Would someone please advise when the alleyway will be cleaned up as the ever present smell of urine is also a problem. Thanks
