The lights have been updated and are way way too bright

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14128404.

The new street lights are illuminating our entire garden and front rooms in the house. It feels like we are now living in a football stadium, and as a sufferer of migraines the light produced at night as I walk from my car on the drive to the house is triggering. Could these lights be toned down a notch/angled better to prevent glare, as this should not be the case surely, better lights means less lumens are needed to produce the same light cover. Please could you look into this.
