  • You have jetted one section of the drain and pushed the blockage along the tract. This has caused our fields to flood as water can’t get out to the Asterley Brook. The entire length of the drain needs clearing not just a section of it.

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
