Multiple vapes thrown in road

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14128127.

Over the weekend someone has tipped what looks like a full shopping bag of empty vape pens down the road. This isn't the first time this has happened but there are loads more this time. It is concerning as some have broken open and the internal batteries are exposed and as tractors go down the road could get further damage and I dont know if this could likely cause fires with batteries exploding. these are in the road but up the grass verge all down the road from Stoneycroft stables towards exfords green
