Mass amount of leaves on footpaths and gutter

Middle part of gittin street There’s loads of leaves Covering the foot paths decaying making it extremely slippy which have been on the paths for a few weeks now which caused me to slip on as I was walking home Friday night, people are letting there dogs foul on the footpaths and not getting it up, and it’s hard to see with all the leaves on the path, me & my partner have had to clear the footpath by our house to prevent it happening again my brown wheelie bin is now full from it as the road sweeper hasn’t been down here for months and also had to get up broken glass that had been smashed , as it’s a main walk way to woodside school and didn’t want children falling on it , it would be appreciated it you could send the road sweeper down to clean the footpaths and roads please .
