Street light goes on and off

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14127874.

The street light is dangerous for pedestrians at night because it does not stay on. It flicks on and off thus plunging the street into darkness. For example, I have to wear a head torch if I am going outside at the front of my house because I don't know if either it will not be on or it will be on and then go off suddenly.
