Awaiting shade to minimise light incursion to our property

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14127570.

/we have been told after previous reports that a shade would be fitted to this light on the public footpath to the side of our property and still nothing has happened. Can you give me a timescale fir this to be completed please.

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
