Collapsed soak away on Carradine road

The soak away has been damaged and has been blocked for at least 4 years causing the road to flood regularly. We have a community of elderly adults who regularly have to walk in the road because the pavement is covered in algae, leaves and moss, making it too slippery to walk on.
