Spongy tarmac which moves underfoot

Reported via desktop in the Footway surface problem category anonymously at 10:41, Thu 9 November 2023

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14127143.

Since virgin media dug up the pavement to install the broadband lines last Saturday 4.11.23 and filled back in on Tuesday 7.11.23, a section of the tarmac is spongy and gives way. As this area has massive footfall by numerous pupils and parents of St. Giles school using the side entrance of the school, there is a great potential for an accident to happen.
