Tarmac disintegrated around manhole leaving sharp edge

This was repaired / worked on only a few months ago and is now worse than it was originally The corner of the square manhole is exposed with a deep hole all around it Firstly it will puncture a tyre, Secondly cars are having to swerve to a voice of going into the path of oncoming traffic.

Workmanship is poor. It’s is an accident waiting to happen.
