Uneven pavement outside 11 Belvidere Road

Reported via desktop in the Paths in open spaces category anonymously at 21:26, Mon 6 November 2023

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14126941.

I was walking along the footpath from Portland House Nursing Home pushing my 96 year old mother in a wheelchair. Outside 11 Belvidere Road suddenly the right front wheel made contact with a raised bit of pavement which I could not continue to move over and my Mum was propelled forwards out of her wheelchair and lurched off to the right towards the hedge. Luckily I was able to support her head before it touched the ground. It could have had a very bad outcome indeed! She suffered a small skin tear to her right elbow and was naturally shook up by this.
