Unsafe and unusable pavements along from onny cottage along the A4133 towards the A49

The pavement are not clear and have been like this for 2years now, it’s is a major safety hazard as we are a residential care home for the elderly and often take residents out who have very restricted mobility in wheelchairs cross the A49 to the cafe and restaurant and food centre which is really good for there well-being but we have to push them along the road which is a massive concern and distress for caregiver and residents, we’d very much appreciate it if they can be cleared.
