Loose chippings, debris, mud from flooding. This has come down the hill but has nowhere to go as brook full and overflowed as hasn't been cleared although it has been brought to the attention of Shropshire Council before.

    The loose chippings and mud are compacted and therefore a hazard for traffic and walkers. I am concerned as this is the road which leads to the village hall. For people driving and walking to the village hall it is definitely a risk.
