Concern over eroding bank

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14125564.

Customer very concerned about bank eroding which could lead to treacherous road conditions, she is also concerned that the iron railings might fall down into the road. She asked if someone could come out to have a look at this issue ASAP and advise what action we can/will take about this.

  • FAO Technician - Customer rang in to chase up this issue to find out what work is going to be carried out to this corner to stabilise it. She said she was given a reference number - 72C14D - and told something would be done in April, but nothing has been done yet and she is very concerned about it. She asked if the technician could call her back to update her on this as soon as possible.
