Large 10 foot tall plant/weed encroaching on Abbey foregate car park exit road

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14125275.

There is a large plant/weed about 10 foot high and as wide encroaching about half way across the exit road from Abbey forgate carpark that forces vehicles to swerve around it. Although this map states the road is not maintained by shropshire Highways, since it is a council car park I've reported it via this site.
