Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14125222.

Blocked drain outside Specsavers, 10 Bull Ring, Ludlow, is blocked and causing rain water to encroach on the base,ment of the store. Please check and take action.

    Hi, the water seems to be entering the building through this drain, started this am but worsening. We have px records in this area and although I’m trying to move them I’m really worried about them being ruined as there are so many to move. Please can you advise what we should do? Thanks. Nicola.
