Flooding across pavement from water running off the road,

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14125022.

Every time we have heavy rain the water off the road floods and prevents me from walking along the pavement i have to walk in the middle of the road. kerbs need raising/replacing.
