Bollards blocking road

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14124964.

Work is taking place on the corner of Cornelia crescent. The barriers have been left which is oher the road blocking the road meaning there is not enough space to get cars vans emergency vehicles thought without mounting the pavement
