Standing Water when raining

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14124776.

There is a strip alongsid the pavement which due to excessive road use has formed a rut and collects water when it rains along with teh drain being blocked creates 2 combined issues so when walking on the pavement you constantly get splashed with water from passing vehicles
