Big ditch in pavement - unable to walk past

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14124773.

There is a large area of pavement, along with the area of road directly next the pavement, which is a low point that is not drained during rain. This leads to people having to walk on a main road in poor conditions, and also means people walking on the pavement often get splashed with water whilst walking along.
