Issue with flooding/standing water at The Elms

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14124498.

Customer reported flooding/standing water on the footpath around The Elms off Belvidere Avenue, which has led to one of the residents slipping over this morning. I advised that it doesn't look like the area is maintained by SC, but she was adamant that we have maintained the grass areas around there, and asked if she could be advised who maintains the area if not SC.
