Please can we have an update when these columns will be replaced thank you. as a property owner living in the street tripped up in the dark .

  • Customer rang in chasing up on repairs to the streetlight that was cut down, as other streetlights in neighbouring streets were replaced, but these haven't been and the area is in total darkness at night.

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
